What to do when your eConsult is stopped

Should you report symptoms whilst filling in an eConsult form that our system deems to require more urgent help, your eConsult will be stopped and you may see the picture below.

You will be advised that your eConsult will not be sent to us, and that you should seek advice from us or 111. You are very welcome to call us on 01275 868500 where our reception team will be able to help you.
