Keeping as active as possible is good for our mental wellbeing as well as our physical health. Being physically active can reduce the risk of us developing depression, heart disease and dementia. It also increases our social networks.

We Are Aware is a not for profit CIC providing a range of groups and activities to support individuals with long term mental health conditions across North Somerset. There are monthly walk and talk sessions in Portishead here.
